Performance Physical Packages

Performance Physical is a comprehensive physical examination that establishes the baseline of an individual’s overall health, physical fitness, body composition, and capabilities related to physical activities. Performance Physical focuses on the patient’s process and monitors the patient’s health for the best outcome, such as:

  • readiness for athletic training or goals,
  • identifying physical limitations or areas for improvement,
  • developing a personalized plan to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
Performance Physical is highly recommended for active adults and athletes. This test will not only give the individual’s health status in detail but also play an important role in forming a personalized plan, especially for athletes, to help them reach the goal they want to achieve more quickly.

VO2 Max: VO2 Max Testing is a test performed on a treadmill to deliver simple and accurate fitness testing based on the oxygen consumption of the individual. This test is used to plan and customize an exercise program. Real Data Gets Real Success.

Resting Metabolic Rate Testing (RMR): Resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing is a measurement of the amount of energy (in calories) that the body needs to maintain basic physiological functions while at rest. These functions include activities like breathing, circulating blood, and maintaining body temperature. Resting metabolic rate is the largest component of total daily energy expenditure for most people, accounting for about 60-75% of the calories burned each day.

This test is useful for:

  • Weight Management
  • Nutritional Planning
  • Fitness Goals
  • Health Monitoring

Spirometry: It is a pulmonary function test to assess the wellness of the lungs. By measuring how much air you inhale and exhale, the device can diagnose various lung conditions, and monitor a healthy individual’s process. This is a non-invasive lung test.

ECG (Electrocardiogram): ECG or EKG is a non-invasive test to record the electrical activity of the heart. It is used to record electrical signals produced by the hearth.

Inbody 570 Body Composition Analysis: It is a body composition analyzer that provides body fat percentage, lean body mass, body water, basal metabolic rate (BMR), and segmental lean analysis. Body Composition is necessary to track fitness progress, weight management, and overall health status.

PRP Joint Injections

Platelet-rich plasma injection, also known as PRP, is an advanced rejuvenation treatment method that is harnessed from your body. PRP consists of platelet-rich plasma protein extracted from the patient’s blood which has abilities to heal tissues and reduce pain. Platelet-Rich Plasma injection is used to treat tendon, ligament, joint, and bursa pain (elbow, knee, shoulder, ankle, etc.), hair loss, and face treatments by using patients’ body’s own regenerative power.

Platelets are known to have clotting abilities along with growth factors such as tissue regeneration and healing. By deriving platelet-rich plasma from blood and injecting it into the injured area, new tissue is regenerated with growth factors.

Trigger Point Injections (TPI)

This is an injection method to relax muscles and relieve pain. Trigger points are often called “knots”. The trigger point injection helps these knots of muscle to relax. The procedure is usually simple and takes a few minutes. Trigger point injections are usually used to treat chronic pain in the lower back, neck, arms, and legs.

Steroid Injections

THIS IS ONLY FOR JOINT PAIN ASSESSMENT

Steroid Injections are injections that can help relieve pain, swelling, and irritation in a specific area of your body, The steroid injection is directly injected into the affected joint, commonly after an injury or for arthritis. These injections are employed to address conditions characterized by pain due to inflammation, whether it affects larger joints like the knee or shoulder or smaller joints such as those in the hand or ankle.
