Bethany Lawhon
LEAD Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Bethany Lawhon is a Lead Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a specialization in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PRP microneedling (SkinPen). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and initially began her career in Emergency Medicine as a Registered Nurse.
In 2022, Bethany discovered her passion for aesthetics and transitioned her practice to this field. She is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner license, with an anticipated graduation in 2026, and looks forward to advancing her expertise as an aesthetic NP injector. While Bethany continues to value her experience in emergency medicine, her true passion lies in aesthetics. She efficiently integrates her emergency medicine knowledge into her aesthetic practice, ensuring that each client receives exceptional care backed by a foundation of expert knowledge and safe practices.
Bethany has a passion for travel and adventure, which inspires her love for cooking. In her free time, she enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family, creating dishes inspired by her travels
Janay Bias
LEAD Medical Aestheticıan
Janay Bias is a Medical Aesthetician here at Sports MedSpa, who brings her passion and expertise for skin health. Janay is not only a Licensed Esthetician, but also brings a wealth of experience in office management and administrative/sales roles from the biotechnology industry and continues to grow her skillset both personally and professionally.
Inspired by her own journey towards healthy, glowing skin, Janay was driven by a desire to play a more active role in supporting patients on their paths of having healthy, glowing skin as well, while creating a safe, relaxing, and healing environment. Her dedication to helping others shines through in her work, where she combines her love for skin health with a passion for empowering her clients to feel their most confident through effective skincare.
As a true San Diego native, Janay finds joy in exploring new coffee spots, engaging in a revitalizing yoga or reformer pilates class, creating trendy posts for social media, wondering in Disneyland, and listening to Taylor Swift as a proud Swiftie. Janay’s warm, compassionate, and professional approach makes her a fantastic addition to Sports MedSpa’s talented team.
Melodi Bac
Operations Manager
As an accomplished novelist with six published books and multiple awards to her name, Melodi Bac has established herself as a prominent figure in the literary world. However, her expertise extends beyond the realm of writing. With a proven track record in business management, Melodi Bac has successfully led the operations of three businesses in the past, including playing a pivotal role in the establishment of one from the ground up.
Currently serving as the Operations Manager at a prestigious Sports MedSpa, Melodi Bac brings a wealth of experience in both creative and operational spheres to their role, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the spa’s operations.
Aubrey Jasso
Guest Coordinator & Assistant Office Manager
Aubrey, a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Nutritional Science, emphasizing Physiology and Metabolism, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Assistant Manager and Guest Coordinator at Sports MedSpa. With a deep understanding of the science behind health and performance, she is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences that integrate both wellness and beauty.
At Sports MedSpa, Aubrey ensures each guest receives personalized, top-tier care, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from start to finish. Her background in nutritional science, combined with her hands-on experience in performance optimization, enables her to contribute meaningfully to Sports MedSpa, blending medical aesthetics and sports medicine. In her free time, Aubrey loves to travel, try new cuisines, listen to music, spend time at the beach, and watch sports!
Natalia Relic
Event Coordinator
Natalia Relic is a dedicated Event Coordinator at Sports MedSpa, who has a global perspective shaped by her experiences in Serbia and California. Natalia received her Associate’s degree in General Science from Santa Monica College and she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Global Health at the University of California, San Diego. Here, her lifelong passion for healthcare and wellness was solidified and her love for athletic and aesthetic medicine has only grown stronger over the years.
Natalia’s outstanding personality and positivity establish her as a valuable team member of the Sports MedSpa team. Natalia takes pride in organizing events and thrives in introducing Sports MedSpa to beautiful San Diego.
