Dr. William Stendardi MD, originally from Brooklyn, New York, developed a keen interest in fitness and health from a young age. During his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science, he discovered a deep passion for anatomy and physiology, leading him to become a teaching assistant in those subjects.
Dr. Will pursued his medical degree at the State University of New York in Buffalo, where he graduated with honors. His residency in San Diego, California, provided training in internal medicine, outpatient care, and acute care.
Following his residency, Dr. Will practiced in an outpatient primary care clinic and urgent/emergency room. His background in preventive medicine through exercise and nutrition inspired him to establish his own clinic. His goal was to offer patient-centric care to prevent and treat potential illnesses in athletic adults while educating them about their health. Dr. Will’s unique vision led to the creation of a one-of-a-kind WS|MD, where he integrates sports medicine with medical aesthetics. WS|MD aims to empower individuals to achieve holistic well-being through a combination of aesthetic and athletic improvements.
