Discount Policy
Single Discount Application: Only one discount can be applied per transaction. This ensures that our clients receive the most accurate pricing and value.
Package Deals: Our packages are already specially priced to provide significant savings. As such, additional discounts cannot be applied to these packages.
Exclusions: Discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers, loyalty rewards, or any other special pricing arrangements unless explicitly stated.
Pricing & Prepayments Policy
Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging unopened within fifteen (15) days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Prepayments are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded.
For training courses, payments are non-refundable.

For the health and safety of our clients, we have a No-Pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
Anti-harassment and Discrimination Policy:
We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that complies with California’s anti-discrimination and harassment laws. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, medical condition, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law. All employees, patients, and partners have the right to work and receive services in an environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.
Any form of harassment or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated, and immediate action will be taken against individuals found to be in violation of this policy. Employees or patients who believe they have experienced or witnessed harassment or discrimination are encouraged to report it promptly to management without fear of retaliation. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken.
Right to Refuse Service Policy:
At Sports MedSpa, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and team members. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who exhibits inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of disrespect or threat toward our team members or our clients on-site. Should such behavior occur, the appointment may be canceled immediately, and the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
You can permanently disable your account and remove your information from our database at any time by sending an email to info@sportsmedspa.com. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.
These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.
We collect information automatically as you navigate the site or through our analytics providers. We may store usage information such as the type of device you use to access our Website, including IP address, device ID, the pages you visit or request, links clicked, referring sites, user interactions, and your search terms. We also derive your location from your IP address.
Indemnification
- Your use of, inability to use or access, or reliance on, the Platform or the Services, or any goods or services obtained therefrom;
- Your provision or receipt of a Treatment;
- Your travel in connection with the provision or receipt of a Treatment;
- Your interaction with any other User;
- Any claim that you violated any provision, term, condition, covenant, warranty, or representation in this Agreement;
- Any violation of this Agreement by you or any other person using your User Account, whether or not such usage is expressly authorized by you;
- Any harm to person or property resulting from your acts or omissions, whether such acts are intentional, negligent, or otherwise;
- The Company’s use, disclosure, or preservation of User Content; or Your violation of any rights of another, including intellectual property rights.
